What Qualifies
The 30-day guarantee applies to:
•New subscriptions on any paid plan (Starter, Pro, Business)
•Annual plan upgrades — pro-rated refund for unused months
•Plan upgrades initiated within the guarantee window
The guarantee does not apply to:
•Monthly renewals (months 2 onwards)
•Additional AI credit top-ups purchased separately
•Enterprise plan custom agreements (governed by your individual contract)
•Accounts suspended or terminated for violations of our Terms of Service
AI Credits — Non-Refundable After Use
FiveBatch operates on a credit-based system. Each plan includes a monthly credit allocation used to generate AI content, run Autopilot campaigns, produce videos via PixVerse and HeyGen, and schedule posts.
Used credits are non-refundable. However, if you request a refund within the 30-day window, we will refund the full subscription fee regardless of how many credits you've consumed during that period.
Unused credits do not carry over after cancellation. If you downgrade your plan, your credit allocation adjusts to the new plan at the next billing cycle.
Annual Plan Refunds
If you purchased an annual plan and request a refund after 30 days, we will issue a pro-rated refund for unused months at our discretion.
For example, if you cancel at month 4 of a 12-month annual plan, we may refund up to 8/12 of your payment minus a processing fee. Contact support@fivebatch.com to discuss your specific situation.
How to Request a Refund
Step 1: Email support@fivebatch.com from the email address associated with your FiveBatch account.
Step 2: Include your account email and a brief reason (optional — it helps us improve, but is not required for approval).
Step 3: We'll confirm receipt within 1 business day and process your refund within 5 business days.
Refunds are returned to your original payment method (credit card or PayPal). Bank transfer timing varies by institution.
After a Refund
After a refund is issued:
•Your account is downgraded to the Free plan (30 credits/month, limited features)
•Your Brand DNA profile, generated content, and publishing history remain accessible for 30 days
•You can export all your data via Settings → Data Export during this window
•After 30 days of inactivity on the free tier, your account data may be permanently deleted
