Credit amounts by plan: Free (30 credits), Starter (500 credits), Pro (1,500 credits), Business (3,000 credits). Credits reset at each billing cycle. Top-up credit packs you purchase separately never expire and stack on top of your plan allowance.

Autopilot is FiveBatch's fully automated publishing mode. Once enabled, it generates content, queues it for your approval window, and auto-publishes on your defined schedule — daily, 3×/week, or custom. You set the frequency and platforms; FiveBatch handles the rest. You can pause, edit, or override Autopilot at any time.

Trend Radar is FiveBatch's proprietary trend-detection engine. It monitors viral signals across TikTok, Instagram, Reddit, YouTube, and X — and identifies trends 2–5 days before they peak. Yes. FiveBatch generates short-form video content through integrations with PixVerse (AI video generation) and HeyGen (AI avatar videos). Scripts are written based on your Brand DNA, then rendered into video. Video generation consumes more credits than text content — check your plan's credit table for exact amounts.

Yes — once content is approved (or auto-approved on Autopilot), FiveBatch publishes directly to your connected platforms via their official APIs. You can also schedule specific publish times or let the AI Scheduler choose optimal posting windows based on your audience's activity patterns.

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover) and PayPal. All payments are processed securely by Stripe. FiveBatch never stores your card details.

You'll receive a notification when your credits drop below 20% and again when they run out. Once credits are exhausted, AI content generation and Autopilot pause until your next billing cycle. You can upgrade your plan at any time to get more credits immediately.

Your Brand DNA profile, generated content, and publishing history are retained for 30 days after cancellation. You can export everything via Settings → Data Export. After 30 days, your data is permanently deleted. Your account is downgraded to the Free plan (30 credits/month) unless you request full deletion.

FiveBatch requires a Professional Instagram account (Business or Creator) — personal accounts do not support API publishing. Also confirm that your Instagram is connected to a Facebook Page and that you've granted FiveBatch Admin permissions on that Page. Re-authorizing the connection in Settings → Social Accounts usually resolves this.

Go to Brand Kit → Voice Settings and update your tone, example posts, content pillars, and audience description. You can also use the "Retrain Brand DNA" button after making changes. The AI improves with feedback — use the thumbs down on any post to signal it missed the mark, and it will adjust over time.

Yes. The Pro plan supports up to 10 connected social accounts and multiple Brand DNA profiles. Business supports unlimited accounts. Each brand or client gets its own isolated Brand DNA, content calendar, and publishing queue — ideal for agencies managing multiple clients.

Trend Radar accuracy improves as your Brand DNA becomes more detailed. Make sure your niche, audience type, and content categories are fully filled in under Brand Kit → Niche Settings. If you've just set up, allow 24–48 hours for the system to calibrate to your specific topic area.
